UPDATE: LaJust will be introducing sensor socks with BUILT IN PADDING to be available for purchase at the 2010 Jr. Olympics. The socks on this page do NOT have padding.
Please adjust by at least one size larger if foot protection/instep protector is being worn per USAT regulations.
LaJust Foot Sensor Socks were developed specifically for Taekwondo competition to work in conjunction with the Electronic Body Protector to accurately detect correctly formed strikes by the foot. Strikes by the sock are instantly transmitted from the Electronic Body Protector to the referee system and scoreboard for display. When used in concert with the Electronic Body Protector (EBP) the foot sensor sock creates the ultimate in scoring accuracy.
The Electronic Foot Sensor Socks have embedded contact sensing materials located on the top and bottom contact areas.
The Electronic Foot Sensor Socks should be hand washed and allowed to dry naturally.
